Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ToolBench, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to use ToolBench for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the following conditions:

• The tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
• You may not use the tools for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the service

Accounts

ToolBench accounts are optional and use passwordless sign-in via emailed links. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account, and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings, and you may terminate individual sessions from the same page.

User Content and Collaborative Sessions

Some tools, such as planning poker and retrospective boards, allow multiple participants to submit content (for example, votes, cards, and comments) into a shared session. You are responsible for the content you submit. By joining a collaborative session, you acknowledge that the content you submit will be visible to other participants in that session, and you should not submit content you expect to remain private. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content. Session content is held temporarily in server memory and is discarded when the session ends. We reserve the right to remove content or terminate sessions that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

The materials and tools on ToolBench are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations

In no event shall we be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ToolBench, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on ToolBench could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
